Hi, new here! Tried to post on "Want to learn" but this /r looks better for the problem. My main issue with dating now is that I'm unable to build that emotional and sxsual tension while talking/spending time with women. I'm getting back out there after years of pretty bad and lonely life and sadly I have to say I lack basic dating/social skills. I lost 120 pounds since 2022 and getting interest from women is still new and odd to me lol. So yeah, kind of building new life here.

Anyway.

In the last month I got very similar feedback from 3 girls: you're great but the date was like with a friend and I'm looking for a boyfriend. Basically they say I'm not someone they would think about at night and/or go right to his place after dinner. Not really pleasant but it gives me direction what I should work at. As someone who was too anxious to go to a restaurant last year (CBT helped A TON), going on regular dates is a huge thing for me so I'm not gonna give up now.

Please help anyhow you think would be best. I should say I'm not really focused on some speed dating but it would be a lie to say I won't go with it if I'd know how.
